About HBSHOE
We started HBSHOE for one simple reason: good basketball shoes cost too much.
Walk into any mall and a decent pair of basketball sneakers runs $120 to $200. A big part of that price is not the shoe. It is the brand licensing, the celebrity endorsement deals, the flagship stores, and the layers of distributors sitting between the factory and your feet. We think you should be paying for cushioning and traction, not for a logo.
What We Do
We work directly with manufacturers and ship straight to you. There is no middleman taking a cut, no retail markup, and no marketing budget baked into the price tag. That is how we can sell performance basketball footwear for a fraction of what you would pay at the mall.
Every pair we list is chosen for one thing: how it plays. We look for real cushioning, dependable traction on a hardwood floor, and uppers that hold up to actual use. We are not interested in filling a catalog with shoes that only look the part.
What We Are Not
We want to be straightforward with you, because we would rather earn your trust than a quick sale:
- We are not a famous brand. Our shoes are unbranded. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, or any other brand you may know. If a famous logo is what you want, we are honestly not the right store for you.
- We do not keep inventory in a warehouse down the street. Your order ships from our manufacturing partner overseas. That is why our prices are low, and it is also why shipping takes a bit longer than a domestic store. We would rather tell you that upfront than surprise you at checkout.
- We are small. We are not a corporation with a call center. When you email us, a person reads it and answers.
Our Promise
If a pair shows up defective, damaged, or simply is not what you expected, tell us. We will make it right, and we will not make you jump through hoops to get there. You can read the details in our Refund Policy.
